By using soulrolloutreach.org you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

This site provides information about Soul Roll Grace Outreach, our programs, and ways to give, volunteer, partner, or request help. Program details, event dates, and impact figures are published in good faith and may change as needs change.

Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or counseling advice. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 911 or dial 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

Donations are processed by a third-party payment platform under its own terms. Gifts are voluntary and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, unrestricted — meaning the board may direct them to the area of greatest need.

Soul Roll Grace Outreach is an Arizona nonprofit corporation. Federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt determination is pending with the IRS; we will publish the determination letter date once issued and will not represent gifts as tax-deductible before then.

Refund requests for a mistaken or duplicate gift may be made within 30 days by emailing info@soulrolloutreach.org.

Signing up for a shift is a commitment we plan around. Please cancel through the link in your confirmation email if your plans change.

Volunteers must follow site safety instructions and the direction of the lead on duty. We may decline or end a volunteer placement at our discretion.

When you submit a story, photo, or video, you confirm it is yours to share and that anyone identifiable in it has consented. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish it on our website, in print, and on social media to further our mission.

You may withdraw a submission at any time by contacting us; we will remove it from our website and stop future use, though printed materials already distributed cannot be recalled.

We review every submission and may decline or edit content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or unsafe for the people we serve.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or data that are not yours, scrape content at scale, or submit false information through our forms.

The Soul Roll Grace Outreach name, logo, photography, and written content are our property or used with permission. You may share and link to our pages freely; please ask before reproducing our materials commercially.

We link to partner organizations, resource providers, and our donation platform. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

This website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Soul Roll Grace Outreach and its board, staff, and volunteers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

We may update these terms as our programs grow. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
