Soul Roll Grace Outreach (“SRGO,” “we,” “us”) is an Arizona nonprofit corporation based at 6751 N Sunset Blvd., Ste #320, Glendale, AZ 85305. This policy explains what personal information we collect through soulrolloutreach.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you volunteer, request help, contact us, share a story, subscribe to our newsletter, or give a gift, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message or details you choose to include.

Information collected automatically. Our website records basic technical data such as pages visited and general device type so we can keep the site working and understand which pages are useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell this data.

Payment information. Donations are processed by our payment partner on their own secure platform. Card numbers and bank details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

To confirm and coordinate volunteer shifts, respond to requests for help, answer messages, acknowledge donations, send receipts, and — only if you ask for them — send occasional newsletters and updates.

To keep records required of a nonprofit corporation, including donation and service records used for board reporting, audits, and grant applications.

To keep the website secure and functioning, including detecting misuse or abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Ever.

We share only with service providers who help us operate — such as our email delivery service, donation processor, and website hosting — and only to the extent needed to do that work.

We may disclose information when required by law, or to protect the safety of a person served by our programs.

Stories, photos, and testimonials are published only with the consent of the person who submitted them, and reviewed by staff before appearing on the site.

Donor names and gift amounts are never published without written permission. You may give anonymously at any time.

You may request that your name be omitted from any donor listing, annual report, or public acknowledgment by emailing us.

Donor contact information is used for receipts, thank-you letters, and — where you have opted in — mission updates. You can opt out of any communication without affecting your gift.

Donation and financial records are kept for at least seven years as required for nonprofit accounting and tax reporting. Volunteer and contact records are kept as long as they are useful to our programs, and removed on request unless we are legally required to retain them.

You may ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw a story or volunteer signup at any time.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online. Youth participation in our programs is arranged in person with a parent or guardian.

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and reputable third-party providers to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect in the first place.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page for at least 30 days.
